[edit] El Pato

Osomec: El Pato is Cabrera's nickname, and I think it's important to keep it. I will put it back, with its translation. --Mariano 07:00, 2005 May 31 (UTC)

Good, thanks. Osomec 00:34, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
However, Cabrera states the nickname was given to him as a child and there really wasn't a connection with his appearance or gait.Springtank 18:27, 14 Jun 2007

I suspect that Cabrera is not known on the golf circuit as "El Pato"; rather, he is affectionately known as "El Pato" by the (Argentinian) fans.

[edit] Tournament Wins

I couldn't find any source saying that he won the Columbian Open [sic] in 1995, so I deleted it from his record. Scott182 00:58, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] For the record

The US Open is a sanctioned European PGA Tour event. Prize money from the 4 majors and World Golf Championships count towards the European Order of Merit. Catchpole 13:41, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
