Angstrom Engineering Inc. is a leading specialty supplier of products and services for the thin film deposition research and pre-production industry. The company is headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario Canada. Founded in 1992 by Andrew W. Bass, currently a private company.
Angstrom Engineering manufactures physical vapor deposition systems performing advanced process applications for research based on technologies such as thermal evaporation, sputtering, electron beam deposition and ion beam etching. The company's systems are designed to serve industries such as flat panel display research, organic light emitting diode development, photovoltaics, nanotechnology, materials science, aerospace testing and more.
