The Chiesa dell'Angelo San Raffaele (English: "Church of St. Raphael Angel") is a church in Venice, northern Italy.

According to tradition, this church was one of the eight churches founded in Venice by San Magno, Bishop of Oderzo. The church also suffered fires in 889, 1106 and 1149, each time being rebuilt. At the beginning of the 17th century the edifice was in poor condition, and was therefore demolished and rebuilt. Works were finished in 1743-1749.

The church plan is on the Greek cross, with the façade facing the channel with the same name. The interior has precious 18th century canvasses attributed to Francesco Guardi.

This church and the story of Tobias and Raffaele is featured in the novel Miss Garnet's Angel by Salley Vickers.
