Angela Yin (Chi: 殷歌), also known as Yin Ge, is a Chinese model. Angela is the first winner of China's Next Top Model.
[edit] China's Next Top Model
Yin was originally interested about joining America's Next Top Model. When there was news that her own country, China, was going to have its own version, she auditioned for the show and made it.
Flora Zeta, a judge on the show, had originally questioned Li Ai's, the host, decision of choosing the girl to be a finalist. At the first photoshoot, a mock magazine cover, Angela's picture was praised by the judges and being called first that week.
When the final three came, Yin had done an in the MGM photoshoot but her casual look at panel lead her to the bottom two for the first time, but she was spared. At the final runway show for Anna Sui and Tian Art, Yin had walked on the wrong route but despite that, she kept her calm composure and kept on going.
At the final judging, Yin's mistake was criticized by the judges but her portfolio is what led her to the top and made her the first winner of the show.
[edit] After China's Next Top Model
Yin received a modeling contract with the agency, Next Model Management, a photoshoot for MGM and a commercial for Pantene.
