Angela V. Shelton (born 5 December 1970) is an American comedian and actress. Her television credits include Mr. Show with Bob and David, Grounded for Life, and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. She is also the voice of the bonus villain Calypso in the Spider-Man 2 video game. She is also one half of the duo Frangela, the other half being Frances Callier.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Shelton was introduced to Frances Callier in Chicago, and would later become Frangela and create the animated TV series, Hey Monie!, which appeared on BET.[1] Shelton and Callier worked on the British comedy series 3 Non-Blondes. She appears regularly as Frangela on VH1s Best Week Ever.[2] The duo perform stand up comedy together and recently finished their hit show An Evening with the Afro-Saxons.[3] She is a radio talk show host on KTLK Saturday afternoons with co-host France Callier.

Shelton was an original cast member of the Second City Detroit comedy troupe that opened in September 15, 1993. Other notable cast members are Larry Joe Campbell and Keegan-Michael Key. After leaving Detroit she spent time on the Main Stage at The Toronto and Chicago Second City theaters.
