Angel Sorel Ellis was a fictional character on the American soap opera General Hospital. The role was played by Angel Boris in 2001.

Angel rescued Sonny Corinthos after he was stabbed by Joseph Sorel. She nursed him back to health and revealed no personal information to him. She dressed in all white. It was later revealed that Angel was the daughter of Sorel. She had been married to Donnie Ellis and he worked for her father. He was killed. Angel became attracted to Sonny and felt she understood him because of her ties to the mob. Sonny knew that she was Sorel's daughter but did not end their friendship. Angel let Sonny figure out his feelings for Carly while she waited to see who he wanted to be with. Jax and Angel resumed a friendship they began when Jasper Jacks hired her to find Brenda Barrett. Sonny was jealous of their friendship.
The police figured out that Angel had killed her father. She wanted to turn herself in but Sonny and Jax wouldn't let her. They came up with a plan to allow her to escape. Carly Corinthos disguised herself as Angel while the real Angel left town. When the cops came to bust her, they found Carly dressed like Angel.
