Angel Melaku aka Angel Lola Luv or Lola Luv (born Melaku S. Fershgenet) is a hip hop model of Trinidadian (Father) and Ethiopian/Eritrean (Mother) descent who has been frequently featured in urban magazines. Having parents from countries known for their attractive women Angel quickly became popular for her stunning good looks and her extremely curvy physique. She appeared on BET's fashion show Rip The Runway and won their Video Vixen of the Year award. In April 2007, she appeared on the cover of "Black Men" Magazine and was named, The New "IT GIRL" for 2007. [1].

She was born on October 25, 1986, hailing from NW Washington, DC. She has appeared in many videos such as “Hands Up” & “Cake” by Lloyd Banks, "I Know You Want Me" by Young Buck, “I Luv It” & "I Need A G" by Young Jeezy, “In The Ghetto” by Busta Rhymes, “Wonder Woman” by Trey Songz, “Give It Up” by Twista, “I Get Money” by 50 Cent, and most recently “Good Life” by Kanye West. Angel has her eyes set on acting where she will be debuting in the new Wendy Williams biography movie playing the mistress set to hit big screens May 2008.

Angel has been labeled the new “It” girl of 07’ by many industry insiders, magazines, artist, and celebrities with her crazy measurements of 34C-22-40. Standing at five foot six, Angel has graced magazine spreads such as King, BlackMen, XXL and Smooth.

Angel got her first big break when she appeared as the principle solo model in the Trey Songz “Wonder Woman” video towards the end she showcased her curvaceous frame. It was after that video insiders, fans, and peers labeled her “Ms. Wonder Woman”. Her bustline, in addition to how disproportionate her buttocks is compared to her frame, has sparked rumors that Angel has undergone cosmetic surgery. She never has explicitly denied it rather dodges the question regularly.
