Ang Bagong Kampeon (The New Champion) was a nationally televised amateur singing contest which now a formerly aired on Radio Philippines Network (RPN) in the Philippines. It was hosted by the late Bert Marcelo and Pilita Corrales. The television show has launched the careers of several successful singers, notably, Regine Velasquez and Donna Cruz.^[1]
