Anenii Noi district (Romanian: Raionul Anenii Noi) is a district in Moldova. As of January 1, 2005, its population was 81,710, of which 69,618 were ethnic Romanians, 6,526 Ukrainians, 4,135 Russians, 235 Gagauzes, 481 Bulgarians, 17 Jews, 28 Poles, 228 Gypsies, 426 other, and 16 undeclared.
Its seat is the city Anenii Noi, population 8,358, located 50 km east of Chişinău, the capital of Moldova. There are two restaurants and a few factories in Anenii Noi. Transportation is available to Anenii Noi every half hour from Chişinău.
