[edit] You're very welcome!

Thanks for responding! I'm really glad that servers in China can access Wikipedia again-- it's good to know that I can edit back in my homeland! I hope you enjoy Wikipedia!

Concerning your idea that ESL students contribute to Wikipedia: I think it's a really good idea and helpful too. Nevertheless, information that can be added to Wikipedia are generally so specific that extra research might have to be done. Also, Wiki-format and the Wikipedia manual of style, as well as more specific guidelines, may have to be learnt to edit well. If you decide to go on with the idea, I would request you to list the articles you want them to contribute to (China-related ones are a good idea since there is not enough coverage of these articles during the time which Wikipedia was blocked). Other editors may have to wikify these edits, but that's usually an easy task. So do go on with the idea, it would be appreciated by editors!

One suggestion: add 4 hyphens (~~~~) after every comment you make on a talk page. It will automatically become your signignature so that other editors can easily identify you. This is what your signature would look like: "Andyohio 03:12, 13 June 2008 (UTC)" Here is my signature: Mar de Sin Speak up! 18:52, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

New idea! Does your internet have access to the Chinese language Wikipedia? Since the number of articles there is much less than in the English version, it would be nice if you and your students could translate articles and parts of articles into Chinese! Of course if this idea seems difficult or problematic, please don't be pressured to undergo anything! Thank you. Mar de Sin Speak up! 19:00, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
