[edit] The Thread

A tag has been placed on The Thread, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain web site, blog, forum, or other community of web users that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:The Thread. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. — Matt Eason (TalkContribs) 19:54, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

Please do not remove speedy delete tags from articles you have written, it is considered vandalism. Instead, please follow the procedure above, if you wish to contest the speedy deletion nomination. J Milburn 20:02, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] LGBT

Andrew, why did you remove references to LGBT rights and gay themes from the Daley and Chicago entries? Those paragraphs appear to have been in these actively edited entries for many months without objection. Also, your edits didn't have any edit summary, making it difficult to decipher your rationale.Gruber76 02:29, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
