[edit] Disruptive edits on Jesus
Linking to your own website is a violation of WP:COI - conflict of interest. Please do not make disruptive edits or insert inappropriate external links (see WP:EL for guidelines.) Edits that violate these guidelines will likely be reverted. You are invited to contribute constructively in any way you can. Nposs 06:37, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
Upon further review, it appears that your edits were not so much disruptive as in violation of WP:COI. I have removed the references to your books that you have inserted. If you believe that they are worth including in the article, the proper course of action is to propose their inclusion on the respective talk pages of the articles in question. Let the other editors discuss the matter and decide if the links and references are worth including. You are clearly knowledgeable about these subjects and it would be great if you could edit the content of the articles themselves. Nposs 06:56, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AfD Nomination: Andras M. Nagy
I've nominated the article Andras M. Nagy for deletion under the Articles for deletion process. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Andras M. Nagy satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. I have explained why in the nomination space (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Andras M. Nagy. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them. You are free to edit the content of Andras M. Nagy during the discussion, but please do not remove the "Articles for Deletion" template (the box at the top). Doing so will not end the discussion. IrishGuy talk 22:33, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] notability
see Wikipedia:notability, jimfbleak 23:14, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
Was the article on Burt Wilson deleted already? I specifically asked to hold on with the deletion and it was deleted the same day? WTF? And what is this *notability* paper with certain exceptions? I mean I know that Burt Wilson was not a *famous* person, but you can have grades of fame and it is in the eye of the beholder. He is famous for me. I am a littled peeved that there is a stanza for *hold on* and we can fake a discussion such as that but the article gets deleted just like this?

[edit] Original Research/Speculation
Original research and/or speculation, such as your edit to the Trivia section of Children of Men, does not belong on Wikipedia. Especially edits that include personal comments such as "I need to read the book now to see if it matches." Please refrain from these edits in the future. Maria 20:33, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] External links at The Secret
Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the external link you added does not comply with our guidelines for external links. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. —WikiLen 12:02, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
In particular, you added a link to your website — to a page containing an editorial/commentary that you had written. Also, the page displayed advertising for books and your commentary seemed written to promote these books. Furthermore, looking at the links to these books, it seems clear that you are receiving revenue from these links. —WikiLen 12:16, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
