Hello and welcome to my little corner on Wikipedia. My name is Andrew Scott Gildehaus. I am a 21 year old student studying computer engineering at Mizzou, a university in the city of Columbia, Missouri.

I was born and raised in Kirkwood, Missouri, a suburb of Saint Louis, Missouri. I graduated from Kirkwood High School in June 2001.

My goal here at Wikipedia is to create and contribute to articles that normally would not receive much attention. Any old encyclopedia has articles on events and famous historical figures, but what really sets Wikipedia apart is that absolutely anything that can be written about is fair game for an article. If the New York Times has "all the news that's fit to print" then Wikipedia has "all the facts that are fit to know".
