This user account is a bot operated by Android Mouse (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually. |
This bot finds articles that have three or more tags at the top and replaces them with the {{articleissues}} template.
The C source code is public domain. If anyone is interested, tell me on my talk page and I'll update and post a link here.
