This user account is a bot operated by Android Mouse (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually. |
This bot adds the {{trivia}} tag to untagged Trivia sections over 512 bytes in length. It also tags other trivia-like sections such as 'Facts' sections, and 'Other information' sections. To save bandwidth, it scans through a downloaded database dump for articles that have these sections.
The C source is public domain. If anyone is interested, tell me on my talk page and I'll update and post a link here.
