Andrew is away from his computer right now. So let me, his computer, tell you a little about him...
First of all, he spends a lot of time on me, a lot. He comes home from school, first thing he does is turn it on if I already am not. Sits for a few hours, does his homework (on me), and then back to doing some of the various things he does. Sometimes it's video editing, sometimes he's collecting more music to his 21,695 songs, sometimes its making his own. Sometimes its web design, sometimes it tweaking GNU/Linux, sometimes it's just playing games or reading. This does sometimes produce a cool or practical thing. For example, he helped establish his high school's first online, completely independent newspaper, start with his friend a computer repair business, or working on some of his millions of tiny projects/obsessions. Oh, and always ranting about something, he's always ranting about something to someone. May it be the DMCA or Fair Use Rights. It could be about the war on civil liberties, or something about software patents. He's always got something to complain about.
