[edit] question regarding Archdiocese of Miami arbitration process
Dear Mr. Fader, the page Archdiocese of Miami is locked and is in arbitration process. I was part of the mediation process. Am I supposed to be contributing to any talk page on arbitration? I am not sure if I am supposed to be doing something other than waiting for an administrator to make a decision about what to keep and what to toss on this article. Can you lead me to wherever I am supposed to be contributing to talk for arbitration or let me know if there is nothing more to contribute? Thanks. NancyHeise 02:05, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sharon bourassa's comments on Archdiocese of Miami
Dear Mr. Fader, If you need any evidence that Sharon Bourassa and her group Christifidelis is a hate group, please see this comment that is included in part of the article's references but not in the article itself:"Nancy Heise stated 'Sharon Bourassa has been proven to be lying about having a group of secret priests telling her that 90 percent of all our priests are practicing homosexuals here in the Miami archdiocese." Heise says Christifidelis, a group of lay Catholics with whom Bourassa is associated, is a "witch hunting group" that is "no different than the KKK' " This statement comes from one of the Matt Abbott columns that are cited as a reference. http://www.renewamerica.us/columns/abbott/060506. It is inappropriate for this article to be locked in its present version that is offensive and biased. I am requesting that you please either add this statement to the article or eliminate the section with the Bourassa comments. Thank you. NancyHeise 17:27, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Master of the Oríchalcos
Hi, just wondering how you were able to ascertain that Master of the Oríchalcos was a sock puppet of LionheartX? I've suspected it for a while, based on editing patterns, but didn't want to make a sock puppet accusation without better evidence. Also, this user has gone through a huge number of incarnations, all equally disruptive and all subject to a number of blocks, and has (as I'm sure you're aware) the habit of wiping his talk page, so as to eternally appear to be a naive new user. I wonder if he could be forced to stick to one username? Or blocked permanently? Alexwoods 17:40, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Unprotecting
Hi Andre, I've gone ahead and unprotected Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami as it's been protected for about a month already and it doesn't seem that mediation is making any progress. —Angr 18:57, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Subst:'ing {{User:Andrevan/welcome}}
Hello Andrevan. Just a friendly reminder: Don't forget to Subst {{User:Andrevan/Welcome}} when adding it to user talk pages, by adding "subst:" to it. Regarding your previous non-substed welcome templates, if you can (and if you wish), try substing them all; if you are unable to do so, then it's no problem because someone else probably can. [edit] Need help with email address
Dear Andre, I would like to put an email address on my page. I have an AOL address but I don't know how to put it on my user page. I see some people have blue email signs. Can you just tell me how to do that or direct me to the page that gives directions on this? Thanks, StacyyW 14:02, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] roman catholic archdiocese of miami
Dear Andrew Fader, I have nominated the page Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami for Good Article status on WP:GAC. I don't know if it is still being passed on to Arbitration anymore since DominvsVobiscvm was blocked. If everything has been settled with this and the article John Favalora, could you please remove the mediation tags and unprotect the John Favalora page? If not, could you please communicate with me and let me know what is happening? Thank you for your time and efforts with these pages. Sincerely, NancyHeise 21:37, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Jewish atheist
I was looking for a mediator and enter your page. I read your introduction and something sparked my curiosity: how a person could be Jewish (or any other religion) and atheist at the same time? I'm sorry if that is a silly question, maybe I'm just religion ignorant. Regards. --ClaudioMB 23:43, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Adminship
Hi Andre. A while back, you asked me if I'd be interested in being nominated for adminship on Wikipedia. At the time, I suggested that it might have been too soon after my dispute with User:JAF1970, but I think that particular dispute has pretty much fallen off the radar now. At the risk of sounding self-important or what not, I was wondering what your opinion on the matter is now, and if you feel an RfA would be appropriate.
To be honest, being an admin would not change my participation on Wikipedia all that much, and it's not terribly important for me to become one. I'd still help with Wikiquette Alerts, consensus-building discussions, etc., and I doubt I'd use admin-specific functions all that often. But I would definitely consider it a mark of pride, if others feel that I'd make a good admin.
Anyway, thanks for considering me. :) Hope all is well with you. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 21:01, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image source problem with Image:Super mario world box.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Super mario world box.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 12:30, 7 October 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. KipSmithers T/C 12:30, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Could you please give me some insight?
Andre, I am trying to move Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami along the path to WP:GAC. I can not do anything until the mediation is complete. Could you please tell me why we are still in mediation when two admins and a clear consensus of editors have already denied DominvsVobiscvm's edits?. I do not understand why the tag remains on the page after all that has happened. What are you doing? NancyHeise 17:10, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
