At this point, the article and the problem user have had RFC at least twice, THIRD (I think twice), one formal and one informal WP:ASSIST, two WP:SOCK reports and a lengthy WP:WQA. You know what? I cannot keep track of the mess that Skyelarke has made of this page. Andre asked us, at 23:37, 2 August 2007, above, "let's just discuss this way, one image at a time".

I don't know when Andre will be checking in next, but I am having a rough time trying to deal with what is looking more and more like a fan so obsessive he refuses to work in good faith, can't or won't follow directions, and can't or won't respond to simple, non-controversial requests -- like stopping with the pointless italics, or waiting for directions from the mediator.

What do we do now, Andre? If one party can't have a normal social exchange, is there any hope for this mediation? Do we need to request arbitration? I'm a professional journalist/editor, I research convoluted business stories, and I can't follow this hodgepodge. I had no idea that doing this one image at a time as you suggested would be impossible for Skyelarke. --Tenebrae 03:27, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm afraid I've grown impossibly exasperated with Skyelarke's latest obstinacy and repetition at the John Buscema mediation page, and told him so there in no uncertain terms. I can't imagine what it must be like for you, as a volunteer mediator, to be in the middle of such things; I can only hope we're not the worst you've seen.

This aside, please let me assure you I'm a responsible editor who's contributed many, many extensive articles over the last two years, have made many Wiki-friends, and have received, unasked for, many stars of appreciation and acknowledgment from my peers. I have tried for months to work with Skyelarke. It's not an impossible thought that some people simply cannot work with others.

You have a lot more pressing issues starting the new school year, I'm sure. And since the Buscema article is protected, there's no rush on any of this. Thanks again for taking the time. With respect for your trying position, --Tenebrae 00:59, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

I am writing to tell you that the editors of the pages John Favalora and Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami have reached a consensus with the exception of DominvsVobiscm. All editors reject the content submitted by DominvsVobiscm for the reasons stated on the mediation page of John Favalora. I ask you to please remove the content for the reasons so stated mainly that they violate several Wikipedia policies as stated in my section of the mediation page. I also ask you to please protect the page from further repeated vandalism by DomnivsVobiscm. He is trying to put the content on the page Roman Catholic Sex Abuse Cases. The content is neither a sex abuse case nor relevent to the subject of sex abuse cases in addition to being in violation of WP:RS, WP:REDFLAG, WP:PROVEIT, and WP:NPOV#Undue weight. About a week ago, I added the StatusBot category to a few userpages of members of BAG, for the purpose of adding the {{ustatus}} template to the list on WP:BAG. Some users have disagreed with this, so I am going through the user talk pages of people I added the category to. Would you mind keeping the category, or would you prefer it to be removed? If you want it removed, you may delete your subpage of User:StatusBot/Status, in this case, User:StatusBot/Status/Andrevan, and remove the category from your userpage. The font tags are there for one purpose only - to hide information. If _you_ don't want to see the non-wikilink links in a slightly different color, change your css file. I'll even give you the code:

Then petition to have the plainlinks css (specifically, the line I quoted above added) changed for that, since plainlinks is only supposed to be used for that anyway. But putting font tags that don't even follow everyone's css (what if i have it so that links are green instead - what if i have a blue background, white text, and yellow links?) is not a good solution to this "problem". --Random832 01:14, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

I am requesting for an administrator to eliminate the section called Church Scandals from the Archdiocese of Miami Wikipedia page. This information is already included on another Wikipage called Roman Catholic Church Sex Abuse Cases under a subsection titled Archdiocese of Miami. If one were to look on the Wikipedia page Duke University, they would not find a subsection called Duke Lacrosse Scandal because it is already the subject of an entire Wikipedia page to itself. The size of the Archdiocese of Miami subsection Church Scandals takes up the entire Wikipedia page on Archdiocese of Miami. It is referenced almost entirely to a source that is not considered a reliable source per Wikipedia standards (Matt Abbott Columns have no second editor or fact checker, he merely prints people's emails without any verification a person is who they say they are.) The Archdiocese of Miami has been sued numerous times on many issues. Many of these lawsuits are much more important than the dismissed lawsuit that takes up the entire section called Church Scandals as it stands now. It is therefore misleading to the reader to place so much importance on this one, dismissed lawsuit whose accusations are referenced to a source that violates Wikipolicy.NancyHeise 22:09, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

Dear Andrew Fader, I am requesting immediate removal of material on the wikipage Archdiocese of Miami that you locked in under the version edited by DominvsVobiscm. Specifically, allegations by Sharon Bourassa's dismissed lawsuit saying our priests are all practicing homosexuals who steal church funds to live exhorbitant lifestyles, the ownership in the liquid aphrodisiac which happens to be this http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1G1-149600240.html , everything in this section. I would like to point out that there are no references that Wikipedia would allow to sustain having this material in this page, yet you are clearly allowing it to stay. I searched for any third party references to any investigations of any Archdiocese of Miami priest for stealing money and there are none. I searched for any third party references to find any kind of evidence that would sustain an accusation that over 400 priests are sexually active homosexuals. There are none. Wikipedia policy states that extraordinary claims must have extraordinary sources. This does not exist to sustain these claims. I have four school age children here. Sharon Bourassa and her tiny catholic hate group told entire schools full of children, including my own that the priests they have loved and known all their lives are practicing homosexuals because they own real estate (just like doctors do when investing) with other priests. I watched my child cry for over two hours and she only stopped after I told her that her own father owns a hunting cabin with his hunting friends, owning real estate does not mean a person is an active homosexual, nor that they have bought it with stolen funds. This is such a horrible defamation of good, innocent priests who have been loving and kind to our kids and it is so painful to see this garbage being proclaimed on Wikipedia, with your help and approval. Please remove this material that clearly violates wikipolicies WP:Redflag, WP:Proveit, WP:NPOV#undue weight, and WP:RS

Dear Andrew Fader, I have removed the threat to send this information to the Catholic League. I did not know that doing so would violate Wikipedia policy. Please know that I am not the only parishioner living in Archdiocese of Miami who is offended by this material and anyone can send this to the Catholic League. Wikipedia is inviting legal action against it by not following its own policies. I do not understand why you locked this page in its most offensive version with many statements lacking not only a reliable reference but any reference at all.
