[edit] Five wickets in five balls?

Once against Australia he got 5 wickets in his first five deliveries of an over which is regarded as the over of the centuary in 1979 series.

This can't be true. Roberts never even took 5 wickets in an innings in the whole of the 1979-80 tour of Australia. He never took a hat-trick in Tests, ODIs or List A matches, nor four wickets in four balls in First Class cricket. And nothing is similar is mentioned in his Cricinfo player profile.

I'm going to remove the sentence completely at the moment. If anyone knows of a similar feat which he did in fact accomplish, then of course put it in.

I used to watch Hampshire play when I was a kid and he was a sullen, unfriendly character, rarely smiling. Wasn't he associated with the black power movement? (NB: I'm not connecting the two.) --Richardrj 13:38, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
