Hi, to my knowledge the Double Phantasy operation actually started at Hit Factory but in October 1980 was moved to Record Plant studios. The last interview with Mr Peebles took place at Record Plant. Double check the Lennon's interview by J.Cott on Dec 5, or the book Nowhere Man by Robert Rosen...just to provide a few examples.
