Regarding the phrase "He left the paper in 1973 when he had to go into exile during the military dictatorship": From 1973 to 1976 Argentina had a democratically elected government; the military took the power in 1976. And according to this interview in La NaciĆ³n, Graham-Yooll left Argentina precisely in 1976.
