If 12 internal links, and an obituary in the New York Times doesn't make you notable, what does?

Did you even read WP:BIO? And please skip the sarcasm. Don't just point to a guideline without reading it yourself. It says: "Not explaining notability; If an article does not explain notability, try to improve it by: Rewriting it yourself [or] asking the article's editor(s) for advice." --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) 20:44, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

I just uploaded Improvisation, which is in the public domain; the article really needs a New Mexico piece; I'll leave it to some other editor who might know what the best PD New Mexico painting of his was. Tempshill 19:09, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
