The family name of Andrea Schiavone was Meldola. Meldolla was only often used. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.6.217.184 (talk) 20:07, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Croatian?

Andrea Meldolla was italian according to many sources.
Encyclopædia Britannica call him Italian painter; the same does the Galleria degli Uffizi (Florence).
Moreover his family names derives from a city in Romagna (Italy)... The text, in the biography, refers to the "Grove Dictionary of Art", but also in the Grove Dictionary of Art Meldolla his considered an italian painter.
Why here he is considered croatian (without referring to any source)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.7.219.229 (talk) 10:46, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
