Andrew Paul Lee (born on August 11, 1982 in Westminster, South Carolina) is a punter in the National Football League. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 6th round (188th overall) in the 2004 NFL Draft. He went to the University of Pittsburgh. He was selected to the 2008 Pro Bowl as the starting punter for the NFC.

Lee attended West Oak High School (Westminster, South Carolina) and was a letterman in football, basketball, and baseball. In football, he was a four-year starter at punter, a two-time first team All-Conference selection, and as a senior, he was a first team All-State selection. In baseball, Lee posted a 5 win-0 loss record and an ERA below 2.00 as a junior and as a senior, Lee led his team to the District Championship and into the State Playoffs.
