Andy Houts

Andy Houts (June 23, 1965 - February 26, 1997) was a cartoon actor and character actor for U.S. television from 1993 to 1996. He was also a production assistant for The Simpsons during its second season. He also wrote for "Rocko's Modern Life" and coordinated production for "Rugrats". He died in 1997, before the new season began, of leukemia.
