Andrew Rowland "Andy" Hill (born 20 January 1965 in Maltby [disambiguation needed]) was an English football defender.
Having begun his career at Manchester United, he played the majority of his senior football for Bury. His time at Gigg Lane ran from 4 July 1984 to 22 March 1991, playing 317 matches and scoring 12 goals. The latter part of his time saw him hold the team captaincy.
He played 85 matches for Manchester City between 1990 and 1995 during which he scored 6 goals. He subsequently transferred to Port Vale.
