Andrzej Smirnow (born September 09, 1938 in Warsaw) is a Polish politician. He was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 10263 votes in 20 Warsaw district, candidating from Platforma Obywatelska list.
He was also a member of Sejm 1991-1993 and Sejm 1997-2001.
