Andrii Toptun

Andrii Toptun (Ukrainian: Андрій Топтун) is a Ukrainian marathon runner, and winner of the 2008 Cellcom Green Bay Marathon. Toptun crossed the finish line at two hours, 22 minutes, 51 seconds.
