Andrey Arkhangelsky

Andrey Dmitriyevich Arkhangelsky (Russian: Андре́й Дми́триевич Арха́нгельский) (December 8, 1879June 16, 1940) was a Russian geologist. He was a professor at Moscow State University.

He won the Lenin Prize in 1928.

A crater on Mars was named after him.
