Andrey Akimov

Andrey Igorevich Akimov (in Russian: Андрей Игоревич Акимов, b. 1953 in Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman.
From 1974 – 1986 and between 1991 – 2002, he worked in leading positions in Vneshtorgbank. Since November 21, 2002 he has been the Chairman of the management committee of Gazprombank. Since 2003 he has also been a Deputy Chairman of its Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Coordination Committee of RosUkrEnergo.
