Andrew Strempler

Andrew Strempler is former President and Chief Executive Officer of Mediplan Health Consulting Inc. and RxNorth.com which he founded in 1999. Strempler also helped establish the Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA) in November 2002. The company was sold in 2007 to CanadaDrugs Inc.
He also helped form the Manitoba Internet Pharmacists Association (MIPA) in 2003 and sits as Vice-Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce. In 2003, Andrew was awarded the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Fortune Magazine.
He has since moved on to other things.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Manitoba and is a licensed pharmacist in the province of Manitoba. Andrew grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and lives in Neepawa, Manitoba with his wife, Catherine, his son James and his daughter Anabella.
