Andrew Silver

Andrew George Silver (born 13 January 1967 in London, England) is a former international motorcycle speedway rider who represented England at test level. His father is former rider and current speedway promoter Len Silver. [1]
He started his career at just sixteen years of age with the Rye House Rockets, followed by spells with the Oxford Cheetahs, Cradley Heath Heathens, Arena Essex Hammers, Eastbourne Eagles and the Swindon Robins.
In 1987 he won the National League Riders Championship whilst with Arena Essex.
He retired from speedway early to take up a post in his fathers ski holiday company.
