Andrew "Dread" Meade (b. 1963) is a Jamaican-born Yardie gang member alleged to have gunned down his own brother and a girlfriend on January 15, 2000 [1]. He is presently wanted by authorities for two counts of murder and, in 2002, he was listed among the country's top ten most wanted criminals by the Jamaica Constabulary Force [2]. In 2004, he was taken into custody by police in Central village, St. Catherine [3].
