Andrew Killgore

Andrew I. Killgore was the ambassador of the United States to Qatar, when he retired from the U.S. Foreign Service in 1980. He was one of the original founders of the magazine The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs. He sits on the board of the organization If Americans Knew.
