Andrew Daly (born April 15, 1971) is an American actor, writer, and comedian who is best known for his character Dick Pepperfield in the 2008 film Semi-Pro starring Will Ferrell.
Daly was part of the cast of MADtv from 2000 until 2002. He was part of the cast of The Showbiz Show with David Spade on Comedy Central He appears on Lewis Black's Root of All Evil on Comedy Central and has also been cast as Terrence Cutler in the HBO comedy series Eastbound and Down, due to premiere in the spring of 2009.

Daly was born in Mount Kisco, New York and raised in New Jersey. He graduated from Ithaca College and studied improvisation at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
Andrew also invented the party game Mustache-TV, which he markets through the website mustachetv.net.

Daly joined the cast of MADtv during season 6 as a featured player, then became a repertory player in the following season. He appeared as Bill Maher in Politically Incorrect sketches, *NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick and Dick Cheney, among many other impersonations.

Daly appeared on the episode "Ben Franklin" of The Office as a Benjamin Franklin impersonator.

Daly does many characters in his stand-up. In 2007, one character, "Jerry O'Hearn," was featured on the comedy compilation CD Comedy Death-Ray (album). In 2008 Daly announced plans to record an entire album in a nine-week residency at Comedy Death-Ray's Tuesday night shows for AST Records.
