Andrew Richard Betts (born 11 May 1977 in Coalville, Leicestershire, England) is an English professional basketball player currently playing for Spanish ACB League club Cajasol Sevilla.

Betts Played college basketball at C.W. Post University (1994-97) and later at Long Beach State University (1997-98). He was selected in the 1998 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets at the second round, 50th pick (Betts NBA rights are now held by the Indiana Pacers) and then moved to Italy for the 1998-99 season, signed by Fortitudo Bologna.
For the 1999-00 season moved to Pallacanestro Reggiana...signed for the Spanish ACB League's 1999-00 playoffs by Real Madrid...moved to Greece for the 2000-01 season, signed by AEK Athens (Greece)...played there till the 2002-03 championship...moved to Spain for the 2003-03 season, signed by Tau Vitoria.
