Andrew A. Serafini is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Republican Party. He was appointed to fill a vacancy resulting from the resignation of Delegate Robert A. McKee of the Maryland House of Delegates from District 2A in Washington County.

Serafini received a business management degree from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, where he also briefly played football. [1]

Serafini took the oath of office to become a member of House of Delegates on the afternoon of March 7, 2008. He has been assigned to the Ways and Means Committee and is a member of the Washington County and Western Maryland Delegations as well as a member of the Maryland Rural Caucus.
