Andrejs Vlascenko (born June 15, 1974 in Weimar, Germany) is a figure skater who competed in men's singles. Born in East Germany while his father was stationed there in the Soviet army, he returned to the Soviet Union as a child and grew up there.

From 1992 to 1994, he represented Latvia in international competition, and he participated in the 1994 Winter Olympics, finishing 21st. He began skating for Germany when he moved there in 1994. He is a four time German national champion and repeatedly represented Germany internationally at both the World Figure Skating Championships and European Figure Skating Championships.
