Andreas D. Miaoulis (Greek: Ανδρέας Δ. Μιαούλης, 1819 - 1887) was a Greek politician. He was the son of Dimitrios Miaoulis and relative of the navy leader during the Greek War of Independence Andreas Miaoulis from the historic Hydrian family of Miaoulis.

He was born in the Athens in 1869. He participated in a newly Navy School in 1884 which was known at the time and was later a sergeant in 1888. He became a minister of warship Psara in the naval battles of Hellespont and in Lemnos. He was real-admiral until he "did not worked" and was demobilized as a vice-admiral. He became a minister of Navy in 1910 along with a politician of the Attica-Boeotia (Atticoboeotia) prefecture in 1920.
