Andrea O'Reilly

Andrea O'Reilly Ph.D. (born 1961) is a writer on women's issues and currently an Associate Professor in the School of Women's Studies at York University in Toronto, Canada. She is the author and editor of several books on motherhood.
O'Reilly is also the founder and director of the Association for Research on Mothering (ARM). She is founder and editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Association for Research on Mothering. In 2006, as director of ARM, she founded Demeter Press, the first feminist press on motherhood. As well, she is founder of the feminist mothers group "Mother Outlaws".
