Andrea Eva Libman (born on July 19, 1984 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian child actress and voice actor.
Her most popular on-screen appearances are on the Little Women movie, Andre and a guest-role on The X-Files, while her best known voice-works are Dragon Ball, Madeline: Lost in Paris, the season three version of X-23 in X-Men: Evolution, ReBoot and Emmy from Dragon Tales. She is currently voicing Harmony Bear from Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot.
