Andre Moore

Andre M. Moore (born July 2, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois) is an American former professional basketball player in the NBA.
Moore was a 6' 9" forward and played only ten games in the 1987-88 NBA season, three with the Milwaukee Bucks and seven with the Denver Nuggets, averaging 2.4 points per game.
Moore also had a career in the Australian NBL with the Brisbane Bullets.[1]
Andre Moore was also known as the A Train. Playing in the NBL as an import from 1990-1995. The first 5 years with the Bullets. In the late 90's he returned to play as a naturalised Australian with the newly Formed team from Cairns. Andre was a dominate big man in the NBL being a first team all star in his first year and playing in numerous all star games. He is certainly one of the best imports to play for the Bullets, known for his rebounding and ferocious dunking. Andre has settled down in Australia and now lives back in Brisbane with his family. He is a great role model for all young people and you could not meet a nicer person.
