Andrae Patterson (born November 12, 1975 in Riverside, California) is an American professional basketball player currently with Egaleo AO in A1 Ethniki.[1] He previously played in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Patterson played college basketball at Indiana University under Bobby Knight. The Timberwolves drafted him in the second round of the 1998 NBA Draft with the 46th overall pick. He played in 40 career regular season games with Minnesota, through the 1999-2000 season. Following his NBA career, Patterson has had several stops in Europe, including KK Zadar, Ricoh Manresa, Elitzur Ashkelon, and most notably CB Estudiantes, before joining his current Greek club in 2007.[2][3]
