Andrés Aldama Cabrera (born April 9, 1956) was a Cuban boxer, who won the light welterweight silver medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics and the Welterweight Gold medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics.
Aldama defeated John Mugabi to win the 1980 medal, and lost to Sugar Ray Leonard to capture the 1976 medal. In 1979 he won a gold medal at the Pan American Games.
