André van der Louw (born in The Hague on August 9, 1933; died in Scheveningen on October 20, 2005) was a Labour Party (Netherlands) politician. He served as Mayor of Rotterdam from 1974 to 1981 and served in the Netherlands cabinet Van Agt-2.
