The Anderson Opera Center Tower is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. The tower is one of the few office towers proposed for the city, as the majority of new buildings are residential towers. If completed, the building would stand at 649 feet (198 meters), with 57 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2010. The Anderson Opera Center Tower is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. The tower is currently going through the approval process, and final designs have not yet been released.
