Anders Engberg, born May 5, 1951, is a Swedish dansband musician, who plays the saxophone and bass. He married Swedish dansband singer Lotta Engberg in the mid 1980s. They separated in 1994. In 1989, Anders Engberg an Lotta Engberg started an own "dansband", Lotta & Anders Engbergs Orkester, where Lotta Engberg sang. Anders Engberg played the bass and saxophone. In 1993, Lotta & Anders Engbergs Orkester was awarded a Grammis for "dansband of the year". When Lotta & Anders Engbergs Orkester was split up around New Year 1993-1994, he formed his own band, Anders Engbergs, there among others Charlotte Perrelli, back then Nilsson, has sung. Lotta Engberg then formed the band Lotta Engbergs Orkester.
