And Then There Were None is the ninth episode from the second season of the popular American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In this episode, a robbery at a casino investigated by Grissom, Nick and Warrick together with a robbery and shooting at a convenience store outside of Las Vegas (being investigated by Sara and Catherine) soon bring the team together when they realize the cases are related.

And Then There Were None is also the title of a famous Agatha Christie story.
The title was used because the suspects who heisted the casino are murdered. As Nick and Grissom quoted, "Adam, Tammy...now Darin...all dead" "And...We're out of suspects"
