And He Shall Appear is the sixth album by rapper, X-Raided. It was releaased on September 25, 2001 for Mad Man Records and featured production from X-Raided, DJ Sharehl and KG. This would mark X-Raided's first album since 1995's Xorcist to not make it on any Billboard Charts.
