The Interstellar Alliance hears evidence of the Centauri connection to attacks on shipping lanes and officially declares war. Garibaldi continues to drink with disastrous results. The Alliance votes to enforce a planetary blockade of Centauri Prime in the hopes that a shooting war can be avoided.
